**Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad**

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. As an OTL Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Time & Labor modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 versions). You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions using Oracle OTL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 versions) to meet client's business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their time and attendance management needs, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Design and develop OTL configurations, setups, and customizations to meet client-specific requirements.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test cases, performing unit testing, and assisting users with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle OTL configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide technical and functional support for OTL module, including user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle OTL enhancements, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.

- 4 to 8 years of experience working as an Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant, specifically with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 versions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle OTL module functionalities, configurations, and setups.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to time and attendance management.
- Proficient in designing and developing OTL configurations, setups, and customizations to meet client-specific needs.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle OTL implementation, including system testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to Oracle OTL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
