Job Description:

  • 3 to 12 years of experience with Oracle HCM.
  • Must have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations or support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
  • A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.
  • Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
  • Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.
  • Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes

  4. Oracle-Core HR: Transformation, Oracle, Core HR, Organization/work structure management, position job management/ Employee personal information/ probation, Transfer/ promotions/ Salary, DOR/ letters, Exit Management, Journeys, Oracle ME/ Grow/ Journeys
  5. Oracle-Operate: Oracle, hcm, orc, otl, absence, compensation, benefit, learning management, support or ams
  6. Oracle-PeopleSoft Campus: Oracle, PeopleSoft, campus, gradebook.
  7. Oracle-LMS: Learning Management System, LMS, HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud.
  8. Oracle-ORC: Transformation, HCM, ORC, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, recruiting ,onboarding ,Requirement gathering, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing, go-live ,support
