As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will:Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM ModulesShould have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional ConsultantMust have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution designShould have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modulesFusion Time and LaborFusion Comp and BenFusion Payroll Fusion Absences oFusion Securities o Fusion Core HRFusion Talent Modules o Recruit & LearnShould have good communication and presentation skillsMust have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
