- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update relevant information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers about products, services, and company policies to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their expectations are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold company values and standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize the customer support experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
