**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

Reports to: Subject Matter Expert

Location - Solapur - Maharashtra

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for Customer Support Executive for a lead generation process.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Identify customer needs and help easterners use specific features related to the product Responding promptly to customer Inquiries.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English Excellent Soft skills

Basic two wheeler knowledge would be an added advantage Excellent sales skills

**Educational Qualification**:Minimum Graduate in any stream

**Experience: Should have minimum 1 year work experience in a sales related process**

**Other Requirements**:
Work from Office

Comfortable in 6 days working environment

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- work experience in a sales related process: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (required)
