Centre for Strategy and Leadership (CSL) is a not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It is an initiative focused on the Sustainable Social and Economic Development of India.

We provide strategic consulting and advisory services as well as conduct programmes and initiatives for Central & State Governments, various Government departments & Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings and private organisations (national and international).

**Skills**:

- Thinking creatively and translating ideas into actual draw-ups
- Converting concepts to both visual and textual content
- Working across multiple social media platforms with creative and marketing teams.
- Driving campaign protocols towards goals and generating reports
- Understanding market trends and positioning social media promotion accordingly
- Ability to take complex information and translate them into simple formats for use in graphic visualizations across all digital media
- Must have a strong design aesthetic
- Expert knowledge of tools like AdWords, Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager and others.
- Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and related tools including 3rd party apps like BuzzSumo, Hubspot and Buffer.
- Excellent knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Skilled in graphics design and video editing
- Knowledge of photography and web design would be a significant advantage but not mandatory.

**Educational Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in mass communication or fine arts with a diploma and/or certificate course in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing.
- 3+ years of proven work experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio of campaigns conducted so far including development records and end result metrics
- Experience in developing different types of B2B and B2C content and visualizations including images, infographics, quizzes, did you know(s), memes, questions, tips, recipes, testimonials and videos.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare social media and digital marketing campaigns as per requirement.
- Develop campaigns creatives and various other types of content along with the team.
- Execute and manage campaigns in collaboration with team members based on their respective job roles and project tasks.
- Analyse engagement data & analytics and prepare reports periodically.
- Develop ideas for carrying out promotions across all relevant social media.
- Maintain oversight of all social media content and provide insights to both team members as well as executives as needed.
- Ensure visual and textual consistency of content across all company social media verticals.
- Liaise with clients to develop brand strategies, translate them with the team and implement best case choices with their help.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
