As a Back Office executive, you will be handling various tasks, including processing & preparing quotations, invoices, and most importantly preparing tenders on government portals, e-tendering for our various clients pan India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage quotations with precision.
- Preparing invoices accurately.
- Preparing tenders on government portals for e-tendering as well as physical tendering, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for back-office management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for back-office tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes is highly desirable.
