Purchase Assistant

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
1.Good Planning of materials and exposure to MS OFFICE software
2.Identifying correct products to be ordered
3.Preparing purchase orders, coordinating with principals. Coordinate with the sales team to know the quantity to be purchased.
4.Track the status of purchase orders
5.Ensure the quality and quantity of Materials purchased
6.Ensure that suppliers invoices are sent to accounts for payment
7.Periodic review and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.
8.Assist the Head of Finance in creating reports on a regular basis and maintain a documented system of purchase policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN SAP
4-5 Years of experience in purchase.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
