**Job Summary**

If you are a Supply Chain professional, Xponent Power has an exciting offer for you The Tactical Buyer will ensure the procurement execution of critical parts, products and services. This will be accomplished through disciplined organization and process structure along with effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order tracking, management, and reporting
- Collaboration with suppliers for Purchase Order execution, deliveries and confirmations
- Maintain accurate Procurement Systems (ERP) data
- Communicate with partners on specific queries related to Procurement
- Verify the supply / demand requirement and coordinating orders / replenish stock
- Collaborate with Global Stakeholders including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, etc
- Coordinate payment requirements
- Maintain Material Master and associated activities
- Validate Supplier Lead Times based on requirements
- Communicate with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners on actions and resolutions
- Supports Team to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for Customer and Suppliers
- Identify, resolve and escalate supplier delivery issues to Supply Chain Manager and Planning team
- Ensure key economic terms are met in Procurement transactions

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 of professional experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain
- Knowledge in Procurement methodology, supply chain management, contracting, procurement, and supplier management skill
- Experience working with ERP systems like Netsuite, SAP or Oracle
- Excellent digital literacy and a technical proficiency that includes significant data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting for the Supply Chain organization
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and management (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, SQL)
- Track record of Continuous Improvement

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management or related field

Pay: ₹213,300.00 per year
