**About the Employer**:
Whizzard is a last mile distribution network for digital commerce. The network currently spreads across 14 States and 90 Cities / towns and is 3500 people strong.

We design and implement solutions that address distribution and warehousing needs of our customers. We do last mile distribution for brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Udaan, FedEx and DHL.

Founded in 2018, the team is headed by founders from IIT, IIM, XLRI, Cornell who have extensive experience in building teams and businesses.

Whizzard was acquired by Mahindra Logistics for ₹720M on Feb 28, 2022.

**What you will do everyday**:

- On-board high quality driver partners and vendors
- Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric
- Ensure delivery on SLA’s promised to the customer
- Restore operations to normalcy when things break
- Hire, coach and mentor a team of Supervisors

**Your Superpowers**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business, preferably in the logistics industry in operations.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business
- Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day
- Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel between different cities.
- A good understanding of the city and its layout will be a big plus
- Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
