Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

- Keep all the records for daily transactions in tally and physical documents.
- Prepare invoices, E-way bill, purchase order and journal vouchers.
- Prepare account receivables and payables reconciliation statement
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reports
- Bank Reconciliation
- Manage company payroll and personnel attendance, payments, ESIC, PF, etc.
- Track Bank and cash deposits and payments
- Good Knowledge of Tally Erp 9
- Good Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income tax related compliances
- Good Knowledge of Ms-Office
- Eager to learn and work in corporate environment
- Strong ethics

Qualification:

- Experience in the accounts and taxation must be 5 years or more
- Accoutants from manufacturing industy shall be priortise.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- NH-08, Rewari - 123401, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally and GST Knowledge (preferred)
