**Job Description: Social Media Handler and Content Writer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Generate creative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to incorporate into content creation.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and nurture relationships with followers and online communities to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor discussions and trends within relevant communities and participate in conversations when appropriate.
- Encourage user-generated content and engagement through contests, polls, and interactive campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at our Rewari Office.
- Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to cover live events or time-sensitive campaigns.
- We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including health insurance and vacation days.

**Salary**: ₹9,333.27 - ₹13,314.39 per month
