We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the sales of our Ayurvedic product line.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets. Initiate contact with potential customers directly.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our Ayurvedic product range, ingredients, benefits, and usage. Articulate product features and advantages to potential customers effectively.

**Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, and individual consumers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Ayurvedic and wellness product space. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and product positioning.

**Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and potential customers. Highlight the unique selling points of our Ayurvedic products.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to the sales manager for performance evaluation.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging. Provide valuable feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.

**Events and Exhibitions**: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our Ayurvedic products, engage with potential customers, and expand the customer base.

**Requirements**:
**Sales Experience**: A preferred one year of proven sales experience, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or Ayurvedic product industry.

**Product Passion**: Genuine interest in Ayurvedic products, holistic health, and wellness.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and interact with customers.

**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

**Initiative**: Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards identifying sales opportunities and solving challenges.

**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics and embrace new sales techniques.

**Travel**: Occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, and events may be required.
