Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SaaS Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SaaS product in international markets. From product knowledge and compelling demonstrations to relationship building and proposal development, the SaaS Sales Specialist will be a key contributor to our sales and market growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product and effectively communicate its value proposition through compelling demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in overseas markets, establishing the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape, analyze competitor offerings, and provide insights to enhance the company's market positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers by conducting thorough research on their needs, pain points, and buying behavior.
  • Assist customers in onboarding and implementation of the SaaS solution, ensuring a smooth and successful initial setup.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of presales outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong selling, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in giving product demonstrations and conducting technology sales over the phone.
  • Ability to actively manage all sales processes for deal closure.
  • Knowledge about sales tools and a deep understanding of technology.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge about selling web and mobile development projects.
