- Why this role matters?- Our Delivery teams are building our next generation Data platforms and are our main contributors to materialise BT Digital strategy.
- This role ensures successful delivery for BT’s new Data/Analytics platforms.
- You will be working in a very creative environment where you will contribute to the design and building of our new GCP Data platform infrastructure.- What you’ll be doing ?- Should be an expert in all Service & Incident related job's and able to manage all stake holders as an escalation point of contact.- Able to manage all Subject Matter Expert related duties like (Stake holder management, Operations Management, customer facing, CI, jeopardy management etc).
- Ability to manage others expectations in an operational environment and negotiate response delivery time scales.
- Able to coach, train and motivate the team members in the operation envirnoment. Able to provider egular feedback session, improvement discussion, team meeting and share the status back to manager on regular basis.
- Able to prepare all end to end process maps, SOP's, and other contract realted documents. Able to review it on regular basis and fill the gaps by using version controls.
- Should be expert in managing volume dashboards, SLA and other reporting sheets and share with management proactively.
- Able to manage all the transition from on shore team and run the due deligience & UAT process by working closely with IT and respective teams.
- Able to analyse situations, plan actions and facilitate the delivery of successful solutions to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Able to manage all the functional mail box related jobs.
