Automatic Paint Booth Supervisor

**Job Objective**:
To secure a dynamic role as an Automatic Paint Booth Supervisor, utilizing expertise in managing paint booth operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality standards. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives to exceed organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the automatic paint booth, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage a team of paint booth operators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance to streamline processes and address any production challenges.
- Track and analyze production metrics, including throughput, yield, and rework rates, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards related to paint booth operations.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement, open communication, and achieving organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and support for implementing new technologies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality in paint booth operations.

Experience : 2 + years in automatic paint shop operationsQualification: Diploma/ BE in any fieldIndustry - Any ManufacturingLocation - Chakan ,Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
