Support the Manager in all administrative functions, including planning his workload.
- Ensuring all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner. Schedule appointments, itineraries, co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas.
- Providing support to the Manager in delivering the daily objectives such as provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings.
- Handle any other task or assignment arising in the daily course of work.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Represents the manager by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage calendars and set up meetings. Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Smart and Presentable (females only)
- Scheduling, Organisation, Time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and Decision-making skill
- Highly skilled in communication

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
