Job Description / Responsibilities and ability to work independently. Good typing speed, willing to learn new things. Maintain and Update Employee Attendance Sheet and Records. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Update calendars and schedule meetings.Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs including Petty Cash Books. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
