**Audit and Compliance**:
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
- Verify adherence to company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.
- Review and validate records of inbound and outbound goods, inventory adjustments, and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the warehouse.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Analyse discrepancies in inventory counts and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to implement corrective measures and process improvements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
**Process Improvement**:
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to warehouse workflows and inventory management systems.
- Participate in the development and roll-out of training programs to address audit findings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new controls or processes.
**Technology and Tools**:
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and auditing tools for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain updated knowledge of technological advancements in warehouse operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and **MARG **Software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits simultaneously.
**Work Environment**:
- Regular visits to warehouse facilities; may involve physical inspections of inventory and infrastructure.
- Collaboration with warehouse personnel and management to ensure smooth audit processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
