Real Estate Sales Advisor

Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with thselling, purchasing, and rentingesidential properties. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing them with expert advice and guidance on the real estate market, and helping them to navigate the buying, selling or leasing process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements in the buying, selling or leasing process.
Provide expert advice and guidance on the real estate market, including trends, prices, and investment opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers, and create a database of prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, and keep them informed about the progress of their transactions.
Negotiate deals on behalf of clients, including purchase prices, rental agreements
Prepare and present property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and other relevant information.
Attend property viewings and show properties to clients.
Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate and that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Advisor or similar role.
A deep understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, prices, and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
