**Job Description: Call Agent/Customer Support Service**

**Working Hours**: 9-5 (Office Timing)

**Responsibilities**:
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers.

Experience working with customer support.

**Leave Policy**:
Please note that there is a strict leave policy for this position. Leaves are only permitted on Saturdays. No other leaves will be entertained during the workweek.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
