Position Summary:
As an ITI & Tool Room Expert at our company, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and tools used in the production of Fuel, Oil, Air, and Brake Hoses and Pipes. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate and control machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, such as extruders, injection molding machines, cutting tools, and CNC machines. Ensure that machines are set up correctly and running smoothly to meet production targets.

Tool Setup and Maintenance: Handle the setup, maintenance, and calibration of various tools, molds, and dies used in the production process. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any wear and tear to maintain optimal tool performance.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. Coordinate with maintenance teams for complex repairs and provide technical assistance as needed.

Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet required specifications and quality standards. Perform periodic quality checks during the production process and adjust machines or tools as necessary to maintain product quality.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Suggest and implement changes to enhance productivity while maintaining product quality and safety.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery and tools. Participate in safety training and ensure that safety protocols are followed by all team members.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine and tooling maintenance, repairs, and performance. Prepare reports on production output, machine utilization, and tooling efficiency.

Training and Support: Train new operators and technicians on the proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Inventory Management: Assist in the management of spare parts and tooling inventory to ensure an adequate supply for production needs. Coordinate with the procurement team to order replacements when necessary.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and tool room practices. Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent in relevant trade (e.g., Tool & Die Making, Fitter, Machinist, etc.).
- Proven experience as an ITI & Tool Room Expert in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various machinery and tools used in hose and pipe production.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of CNC machines and programming is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
- Understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
