- **Update Records**: Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
- **Provide Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve services and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer concerns.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
