CRM Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop CRM systems to enable better customer service and a better customer experience.
- Manage customer databases and oversee customer service operations.
- Design and implement strategies to capture and store customer data.
- Analyze customer data to identify strategies for improvement.
- Monitor customer engagement trends and campaign performance.
- Develop reports and make recommendations on the effectiveness of CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and customer lifetime value.
- Resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop reports and recommend process improvements
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Knowledge of customer service, marketing, and sales processes is preferred
- Understanding of data analysis techniques, such as segmentation, predictive analytics, data mining, etc. is a plus.
**Salary**: From ₹14,106.96 per month
