KeyResponsibilities:

  1. SalesforceAdministration:
  • Configurecustomize and maintain Salesforce to align with the organizationsCRM strategies.
  • Manage user accountssecurity settings and access permissions withinSalesforce.
  • Create and maintaincustom objects fields workflows process builder flows andvalidationrules.
DataManagement:
  • Ensuredata integrity by overseeing data cleansing deduplication andmigration activities.
  • Implement dataquality measures and enforce data governancepolicies.
  • Generate reports anddashboards to provide insights into customer behavior salesperformance and pipelinehealth.
CustomerSupport:
  • Serveas the primary point of contact for internal users regardingSalesforcerelated inquiries issues and trainingneeds.
  • Provide technical support andguidance to users on Salesforce functionalities best practices andtroubleshooting.
ProcessOptimization:
  • Analyzeexisting CRM processes and workflows to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Propose and implementenhancements to optimize efficiency productivity and useradoption.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancementsbased on businessobjectives.
TrainingandDocumentation:
  • Developtraining materials guides and documentation to facilitate useronboarding and ongoingeducation.
  • Conduct training sessionsand workshops to empower users with the knowledge and skills toleverage Salesforceeffectively.
IntegrationandExpansion:
  • Collaboratewith IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce withthirdparty systems andapplications.
  • Evaluate and recommendnew Salesforce features apps and integrations to support evolvingbusinessneeds.

Requirements

QualificationsandSkills:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Strong Experience of 13 yearsof experience as CRMExecutive.
  • Proficiency in Salesforceconfiguration customization andadministration.
  • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Detailoriented with a focuson data accuracy and quality.
  • Provenability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
