**FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMISSION COUNSELLOR-JD**

**Job Location: Little Ginnie, South Delhi**

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inquiries from parents, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support other departments as needed, such as assisting with events or coordinating travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access to the building.
- Maintain the office phone directory and other relevant contact lists.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline the processes for better efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of education, administration or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in student parent counseling or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Empathetic and understanding, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges whenever required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
