**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Credit Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough credit checks, including verifying financial information and assessing creditworthiness.
- Review credit histories and assess the likelihood of repayment based on past behavior and financial indicators.
- **Credit Approval and Monitoring**:

- Monitor credit accounts to ensure compliance with approved credit limits and terms.
- Review credit utilization and payment patterns to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- **Collections Management**:

- Coordinate with the billing and collections team to ensure timely invoicing and payment reminders are sent to patients with outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans with patients in financial distress and provide support and guidance to facilitate repayment.
- **Credit Policy and Procedure Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with the hospital's credit policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to credit operations.
- Develop and implement effective credit control measures to minimize bad debt risk and improve cash flow.
- Regularly review and update credit policies and procedures to reflect changes in business requirements and industry best practices.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on credit metrics, including aging analysis, bad debt provisions, and collection performance.
- Analyze trends and variances in credit data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of credit performance and risk exposure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Proven experience in credit management, preferably in a healthcare or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment principles, risk management techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound judgments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Certification in credit management or related field (e.g., Certified Credit Executive) preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
