**Job Title: QC Executive - Microfinance Institution**

**Job Summary**:The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of operations within the Microfinance Institution. This role involves monitoring and evaluating various processes, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. The QC Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the institution's reputation for delivering high-quality financial services to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Monitoring**: Regularly review and assess various operational processes within the microfinance institution to ensure they align with established standards and policies.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in loan disbursal, repayment collection, and other client-related activities.

**Documentation Review**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documentation, loan contracts, and other relevant records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.

**Risk Assessment**: Collaborate with risk management teams to assess potential risks related to operations and recommend mitigation strategies.

**Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for staff members to enhance their understanding of quality control procedures, compliance measures, and regulatory updates.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines in the microfinance industry. Ensure that all operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

**Audit Support**: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and reports related to quality control processes.

**Continuous Improvement**: Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on quality control activities, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, etc.).
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably within the microfinance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Knowledge of microfinance regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with auditing processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,446.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
