**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and schedule site visits for potential buyers, providing comprehensive details about the property.
- Use drone technology to take aerial shots of the properties, creating unique marketing materials.
- Capture high-quality photographs and record video tours of our properties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Liaise with sales teams of various real estate projects, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
- Keep abreast of the real estate market trends, using insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in utilizing drone technology for aerial photography (FAA drone certification preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to use laptop easily
- Must have a valid driver's license.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
