- Senior Program management / Customer Support
- Handling link delivery and managed services for our client across India.
- Co-ordination with Vendor and Engineers across India for link delivery and Service Assurance.
- Delivering Managed MPLS LL, ILL, Managed Broadband and P2P Link to customer.
- Know the Router, Modem and switches basic configuration.
- Maintaining the project data and Uptime report for customer.
- Handling escalations and ensure the maximum up time for links.
- Ownership to maintaining the good relationship with clients and service provider.
- Coordination for troubleshooting of Leased line and ISDN line with BSNL, MTNL and ISP’s.
- Successfully delivered links for Bank of Maharashtra (1400) and Fino Payment Bank (400) & others.

Customer Support Executive -Link Management
- Field support for link delivery and Service Assurance across Mumbai & Thane Region.
- Responsible for delivery of leased lines for multiple customer across PAN INDIA.
- Support for troubleshooting Primary MUX, VMUX, PCM Channel and OMH, QMH port.
- Coordinating with BSNL and MTNL authority for restoration of down link.
- Installation of network Devices like Routers, Switches, Leased Line Modems.
- Maintenance of CSU/DSU modems including Rad, Attrite, Loop, Mrotek, Nomus, etc.
- Clients FINO Fintech, MTEP, ESSEL PROPACK, DCB, Nainital, Ponani Bank, Ratnakar Bank & Other.
