Electronics Regional Sales Executive

As the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for Primary Sales and New Business Development in our Punjab location, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- **Primary Sales Management**: Manage primary sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and target setting for the assigned territory in Punjab.
- **New Business Development**: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue streams. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing innovative sales strategies.
- **Channel Partner Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to ensure effective distribution of products and achieve sales targets.
- **Team Leadership and Training**: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's performance and productivity.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Prepare regular reports and analysis to track sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell the company's products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
