- Demonstrated experience in assessing trainee performance and providing effective feedback and coaching.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in training software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a process trainer in a BPO environment, with a focus on P&C insurance.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for large P&C insurance groups.
- Job Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in the P&C insurance process.
- Prepare training materials like outlines, handouts, manuals, guides, course materials presentations, and assessments to effectively deliver the required knowledge and skills.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure trainees grasp the concepts of the P&C insurance process.
- Assess trainees' performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals improve their skills and achieve performance targets.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations related to P&C insurance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing trainees' performance metrics and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance the training outcomes.
- Act as a main training resource during the new process transition.
