There are atleast 10 Crore urban, single, middle-income youngsters between the age group of 18 to 34 who are living away from home, either working or studying, and struggling with their daily diet.
Currently available options are not able to fulfill this gap at all. Food Delivery Apps are quite expensive for daily use, neighborhood food joints or dhabas are unhygienic, cooking or hiring a cook is inconvenient and doesn't work for these singles who don't have functional kitchens and finally, good meal services or tiffin services are completely unorganized and very hard to discover.
Our product - Sorted aims to solve this by delivering freshly cooked homestyle meals to these customers everyday on time in a super convenient manner. As a culinary specialist, if you are as passionate about solving this problem as we are, move ahead and apply
Here's what you will be expected to do:
- Inspect and maintain quality of food servings
- Lead, Hire, Train & Manage Kitchen Staff
- Oversee Purchasing to stay within budget targets
- Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations
- Keep evolving the menu to keep customers engaged
Here's what we would like to see in you:
- Min experience of 10 years in Industry with min 5 years in leading a team
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts
- Ability & experience in managing min 10 Kitchen Staff
- Budgeting Skills to Control Costs
- Incredible food preparation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to create new menu items
- English speaking, reading & writing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
