**Who Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for a **Marketing Trainee** to join our **Opportunities Team**. If you love music, have a creative mindset, and are business-minded, this could be the perfect role for you. You will help find new ways to promote and monetize music for artists while working with brands, venues, and other partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Help identify and build partnerships with brands, venues, and other industry partners.
- Assist in promoting music opportunities like live gigs, licensing deals, playlists, and more.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns for music opportunities.
- Manage and increase engagement on the Opportunities webpage, driving traffic to it.
- Research and suggest new ways to help artists grow their careers.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for music with an understanding of genres and trends.
- Business-minded with an interest in the marketing side of the music industry.
- Strong communication skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the music industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
