PRODUCT: SEWING MACHINES & ACCESSORIES & SPARES
- Development of sales network globally.
- Overseeing sales and gathering feedback from customers
- Providing after-sales services to the customers and gathering feedback from them.
- Reporting to management on the weekly sales figures with proper reporting through charts and analytical data.
- Proper reporting to accounts departments and management on the pending dues (if any) of debtors and reporting timely on late payments (if any) / bad debts and on how will you proceed to recover them.
- Coordinating with the production department to timely update the customer regarding the time required for their pending order and informing their requirements to the production department for greater customer satisfaction.
- Developing new avenues of sales (offline), and updating the associated teams with the for the latest models and pricing and content of such products as images, posters etc. for online promotion.
- To employ methods to increase customer retention and critical analysis of feedback and the latest market trends of the product, help in product development of new models as per the research done.
- Handling queries of customers on online portals and scalping more data through software to generate more leads.
- Development of more variants/ models / parts of different models etc.
- Coordinating with purchase department and updating them regarding any changes or demands of the customers.
- Increasing market share and expanding target market area with a strategic sales plan.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
