We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at The Leaders Globe. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our company. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in business development. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- 0 to 1 years of experience in business development or related roles

- Knowledge of the media industry is a plus

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs, regularly reporting on sales activities and results
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis
- Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections
- Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:
