We are looking for professionals with exposure in managing branch operations activities in staffing industry ( onboarding to exit lifecycle), and ensure effective associate and client management.

**About you**:
**Your role**:

- Management of complete lifecycle of associates for the assigned regiona ( onboarding to exit).
- Ensure effective solutions to associates and clients to manage escalation/queries promptly.
- Conduct open house/orientation sessions for assigned clients.
- Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular contacts and meetings.
- Maintain regular follow up on payments and ensure collections within TAT.
- Payroll calendar adherence for attendance collection and salary release.
- Timely processing and maintainance of associate documents.
- Maintain and control attrition level for assigned clients.
- Ensure compliances adhered and completed for assigned clients and associates.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 Years in managing staffing operations.

- Demonstrated ability to drive effective, staffing operations, and key account management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive staffing business environment
- Languages - English and Local Language
