Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, identify, and engage potential corporate clients interested in gifting solutions for various occasions and events.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and follow-up to understand their gifting needs and preferences.

3. Consult with clients to recommend personalized gifting options based on their budget, branding requirements, and target audience.

4. Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and execution of gifting orders.

5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of gifting products and services.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements while maintaining client satisfaction.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to attract and retain corporate clients.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships, generate leads, and promote gifting solutions.

10. Data mining & cold calling.

11. Client mapping & meeting and demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.

12. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

13. Conducting market research on rival products.

14. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

15. Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.

16. Business development and meeting sales target.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in corporate gifting or related industries.

3. Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, products, and best practices.

4. Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
