- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 4 to 5 Years with hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, offering assistance with check-in procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various departments within the resort, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests, such as room upgrades, dining reservations, and recreational activities.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any areas for improvement and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations with diplomacy and tact, seeking appropriate solutions to resolve issues and maintain guest loyalty.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, celebrations, and VIP amenities for guests as required.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and quality standards in all guest interactions.
- Collaborate with the resort management team to identify opportunities for enhancing the guest experience and implementing initiatives to achieve guest satisfaction goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for guest reservations, communication, and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the resort's operational needs.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, especially languages commonly spoken by guests at the resort.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development to enhance job performance and advance within the guest relations role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
