Job Title: Marketing Executive - Furniture Wallposter Business

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote furniture wallposters, considering market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Identify target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.

2. **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

3. **Brand Building**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence in the furniture wallposter industry.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

4. **Content Creation**:

- Ensure that content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

5. **Market Research**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

6. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and customer satisfaction.

7. **Analytics and Reporting**:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
