**About the Role***:

- This position works within the CRCM team to support defined Corporate Risk change management operations and high priority regulatory matters and associated deliverables. Timeliness and accuracy of work is critical to CRCM's success and impacts the effective execution across Corporate Risk. Supports Wells Fargo Corporate Risk in documenting and evidencing the closure of issues and corrective actions. These Services are required to enable Wells Fargo to strengthen its controls for issues and to permit Wells Fargo's ability to effectively manage risk.

**Responsibilities***:

- Oversight of the end-to-end process for completion of closure memos and managing associated artifacts for Corporate Risk deliverables.
- Execution of artifact refresh and post-validation procedures for Corporate Risk deliverables.
- Delivery of centralized reporting, with effective processes and controls, to ensure accurate and timely production of program and leadership updates.
- Execution of an action plan quality control check to ensure inspection of the completeness accuracy and timeliness of action plan data.
- Provide support and data compilation for an inventory of outputs aligned to CRCM portfolio and project management operations.
- Execute records management and retention routines utilizing a designated document management system.
- Provide SharePoint administration, maintenance, and support.
- Facilitate and coordinate efforts to assess business needs and initiatives for team processes, procedures, documentation, and tools.
- Manage the in-take, compilation, and produce output for the Risk Program Activity Calendar across CRCM.
- Execute periodic reporting routines to extract data from source systems, append additional data attributes, and aggregate metrics into tables and charts.
- Filter report content to highlight areas requiring attention, such as work starting, work coming due, and work at risk of (or off track from) completing by the planned due date.
- Integrate action plan data into Closure Memo and Artifact Refresh dashboards which monitor progress and ensure timely execution against action plan due dates.
- Draft executive leadership updates using defined content to summarize action plan progress and areas requiring management attention into PowerPoint slides.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities for reporting procedures and templates.
- Execute periodic quality control check routines; ensure consistent inspection of the completeness, accuracy, and timely updates, in alignment with defined program guidelines.

**Key Skillsets and Experience***:

- Strong experience planning, organizing, and executing work across multiple efforts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to execute on existing processes and procedures or enhance existing or develop new processes and procedures
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT preferred
- Experience working on regulatory matters preferred
- Experience with analysis or execution related to closing actions, gap analysis,
- Creating documentation that serves as evidence as execution of the work (artifacts)
- Experience in project planning, evaluation of progress against defined plan, identification and documentation and communication of risks or issues against timelines.
- Experience working in a matrixed or program team environment.
- Prior experience in working on Issue Validation or Oversight will be preferred
- Experience creating and updating Microsoft Excel pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint slides following brand and group standards

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- 7 plus years or more of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with hands on experience creating requirements documentation, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes
- Experience in the financial / banking industry
- Experience working directly with end users to collect information and requirements
- Strong experience in problem solving
- Process Flow diagram experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Strong MS Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Ability to work closely with end users in the United States
