**Customer Care Executive** - Morning Shift

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with international customers, especially from Australia, and contribute to our business growth through lead generation and product promotion in an international voice process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and initiating contact through phone calls in an international voice process.
- Clearly and effectively explain our products and services to international customers over the phone.
- Persuade customers to consider our offerings by communicating the benefits of our products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving targets and maximizing lead generation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized and professional communication.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- **Morning shift only **—no rotational shifts.
