**What will you do**:

- Getting a deep understanding of the company’s products and features offered.
- Conducting research and generating leads through digital surveys.
- Attending and participating in online meet-ups, Twitter spaces, and digital events to connect and network.
- User acquisition and conversion would be the main responsibility.
- Updating daily performance metrics.
- Self-reviewing the performance against the sales targets.
- Assisting in building the digital Sales Team.
- Understanding of the digital media platforms with a desire to manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, acquiring new users, closing, and maintaining relationships.
- Sell and demonstrate an understanding of our products and articulate the value of those products to potential users.

**What we need from you**:

- High school Diploma or Bachelor' degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work on targets independently.
- Superb interpersonal and sales conversion skills.
- Someone who understands the e-commerce landscape, preferably someone from a fintech or banking background.
- 0 - 1 year of work experience preferably product-based company in a digital sales/ advertising sales role.
- Strong presentation and in-person sales skills, a consultative selling approach, and a proven record of accomplishment in building and sustaining users.
- Knowledge of the local and national digital media market with the ability to respond effectively to market direction, user needs, and competition.
- Direct relationships with users.
- Extra brownie points for experience in Fintech Startup and Knowledge in Cryptocurrency
