o Manage the MD& calendar, coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, conferencesand travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentationsand reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in preparing the MD for meetings by providing necessary background
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutesand follow-up action items.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring proper document management and data integrity.
- Coordinate and organize company events, conferences and executive retreats as per MDs guidance and other Senior personnel’s supervision.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices and other financial documents of MD in consultation with the Finance teams.
- Conduct research, gather data and compile reports as requested by the MD from time to time taking support from other departments.
- Assist in managing internal communications, including drafting and distributing internal announcements, memos and newsletters.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretionand professionalism.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies.
