Operational Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and ensuring the services provided meet or exceed their expectations.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Monitor and optimize operational processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to industry standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the procurement and management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to ensure sufficient stock levels and cost-effective operations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any operational challenges, service disruptions, or client concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, generate operational reports, and provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols, creating a safe working environment for both staff and clients.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs for housekeeping staff and coordinate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement, and implement innovative solutions accordingly.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget planning and cost control efforts, monitoring expenses and resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational tasks.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,155.79 per month
