Execute end to end formula and process development of products following good laboratory practices and continuously monitor its data and quality to have robust a product within the budget, timeline and regulatory standards

**Accountabilities**:

- Collate and review Pharma literature from USFDA etc. in order to utilize knowledge during product development
- Plan the device development and ensure implementation and execution of related activities within predefined time for successful completion of quality products
- Review & analyse all the design development documents viz. design development plan, design input (URS), design output, design verification, design validation, and design transfer etc. to maintain quality & regulatory standards
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by assessing and mitigating the risk involved in various stages of the projects
- Design review meeting with CFT and component vendor.

**Relevant Work Experience**:
3 -6 Years in R&D

**Education Qualification**:
M. Pharmacy, Ph.D
