**Summary**:
The Sales Counselor acts as the primary representative for The Lexicon Academy for personal and Fitness Training in engaging potential clients or customers. By blending an understanding of our offerings with a personable, consultative approach, the counselor provides prospective clients with tailored solutions, building trust and forging lasting relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a genuine interest in understanding customer needs, and an innate ability to translate these needs into actionable business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- **Solution Crafting**: Based on interactions, develop tailored product or service recommendations that align with the client's requirements.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and, where possible, exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- **Relationship Building**: Nurture potential leads by providing timely and relevant information, ensuring they remain engaged and informed.
- **Feedback Loop**: Actively gather and relay feedback from clients to internal teams, facilitating product or service improvement.
- **Sales Documentation**: Ensure all relevant sales paperwork, including quotes, contracts, and service agreements, is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- **Training & Development**: Regularly participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the company’s offerings and industry trends.
- **Sales calling and Follow-up**: should call leads and work towards conversion.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Monitor sales activities and generate periodic reports on performance metrics, challenges, and market feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sale, customer service, or consulting role.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product or service details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
