**Location: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai**
Nivoda’s growth has more than tripled in the last 12 months. We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Office Executive to join our team and support us in all Front Office activities.

The company's sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown from 30 to more than 200 internationally. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers.
**What you'll do**:
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
- Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary.
- Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets.
- Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, dispatch etc.)
- Should be well versed with EPABX, Printer, Scanner, Fax Machine
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks (If required any)
- Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed other admin work.
- Making Travel & stay arrangements (Train, Flight/ Bus and Hotel) online.
- Facilitating the passenger(s) travel requirement.
- Should be willing to work in fast phased atmosphere.
- Good in communication (English and Hindi language.
**What you'll need**:
- Should be fluent in English with 2 - 4 years of experience as receptionist/front office
- Good personality and should be presentable
- Self-confidence, motivation, and tenacity
- Ability to enhance organizational performance
- Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Any Graduate with good communication skill
- Should have Excellent Telephone Etiquette's
- Should be well versed with basic computer skills like MS Office
- Should have prior experience in handling front office and admin work
