The Sun School is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to fill the position of Transport Incharge. The Transport Incharge will be responsible for managing all aspects of the school's transportation system, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from the school.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Route Planning**: Designing and optimizing bus routes to ensure timely arrival and departure of students.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Overseeing the maintenance and servicing of school vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
- **Driver Management**: Recruiting, training, and supervising bus drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to safeguard students during transportation.
- **Communication**: Liaising with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address transportation-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of bus schedules, routes, maintenance logs, and other relevant documentation.
- **Emergency Response**: Coordinating responses to emergencies or incidents involving school transportation, including communication with emergency services and parents.
- **Budget Management**: Assisting in the preparation and management of the transportation budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and licensing requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to student transportation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
