**Requirements**:
o Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
o Graduate in any stream from recognize university
o Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
o 3+ year of experience as AR caller/Billing Analyst
o Monitoring agent calls and provide feedback
o Should identify and propose training need based on the auditing
**Responsibilities**:
o Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
o Report findings from the follow up / denial handling Quality check to the Team lead to identify denial trends and their resolution for better collections
o Ensure projects are delivered on-time with accuracy
o Should be able to resolve billing queries/issues that results in delay of payment.
o Excellent time-management and self-governance skills
o Ensure constructive feedback, given on consistent basis with the aim of improving the quality of work done
o Help in auditing transaction in different domains like Charge entry, Payment entry and denial handling and provide inputs on client related issues, along with valuable suggestions to improve processes or client profile instructions.
